“We’re very proud of Popular Bank’s long-standing commitment to the nonprofit and local organizations that continue to make a meaningful difference in the communities where our customers work and live,” said Popular Bank Chief Operating Officer Manuel Chinea. “This year, we recognize that this support is more important than ever before, as many of these organizations work to provide education, economic empowerment and financial literacy programs amid the COVID-19 health crisis. We will continue to support our community partners and the tremendous work they do. I’d like to congratulate each of our grant recipients and look forward to working with them in the future.”
