Important Message: COVID-19 Health and Safety Update
UPDATED APRIL 20
As the situation surrounding the coronavirus / COVID-19 continues to develop, we remain committed to both providing excellent service and ensuring the safety of our customers, as well as branch team members.
At this time, have made the decision to take heightened safety precautions as they relate to our in-branch experiences and services. This decision was made in line with the recommendations from local, city and state governmental officials.
As of April 20, 2020, we are reopening several of our branches located throughout New York and New Jersey, while others will remain closed. In South Florida we are offering a drive-thru only banking experience at several of our branches. Our branches will remain closed on Saturdays until further notice. However, our Customer Care Center will continue to provide full service during normal operating hours. Online Banking is also available 24-hours a day.
Visit our branch locator for more details about current operating hours at your nearby branches.
